To navigate the target on the dart-board use your mouse arrow in the black partition. 301, 501, 701, and 901 named games check how many darts you will use while reaching 0 points from specified numbers. Also, Random 20 and 1 to 20 game modes aim for 20 points. In Max 10 game mode, you'll only have ten arrows and will try to get the highest point with them.
